Adult Beverage Vending
Bev Mart is a vending machine (dispensing 12-16oz cans of Beer and Hard Seltzer, 6% ABV or below) equipped with proprietary Age Verification hardware and software that utilizes facial recognition, an ID / Passport scanner, and is completely cashless.
How Does Bev Mart Verify Age?
Bev Mart uses artificial intelligence and machine learning, with biometric/special camera and document scanning to more accurately verify a customer’s age than a human.
Upon selection of product, the consumer’s credit card must be valid and have enough credit for purchase.
The consumer’s face is scanned, and the consumer is prompted to present corresponding identification.
Once the consumer’s identification has been validated through the scanner, the consumer is prompted to present payment one more time to reconfirm the entire transaction before vending.
No account creation required: Face and ID are required to complete age verification, no apps to download.
Does not store any PII data: It stores only hashes of PII, which means that no PII data can be extracted from the storage.
After a successful age verification, the product is dispensed by the vending machine.
Just 25 seconds
That is how long age verification takes. The entire purchase process including age verification can take less than 60 seconds at the vending machine.

How Does This legally work?
JFS Vending, LLC has engaged top legal counsel, Greenspoon Marder LLP, to assist with all the licensing work required and ensure compliance of all State and Local County laws.
There are 4 States that do not have restrictions to the sale of alcohol via vending machine: New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Nevada.
All licensing is done on a State and Local County level. JFS Vending, LLC has been officially approved by the State of Florida to sell packaged beer.
JFS Vending, LLC owns and operates each Bev Mart (the vending machine with age verification attached). In order to operate, JFS Vending, LLC must enter into a Lease Agreement with the Landlord of each Location where Bev Mart is placed. This is no different than how existing Vending Machines operate.
JFS Vending, LLC pays Landlord a Fixed Rent ($/month/machine) (which can be terminated within certain notice).
JFS Vending, LLC files a 1APS License, which allows Bev Mart to sell packaged beer, not for onpremise consumption (our 1APS license allows customers to purchase our product to-go, consuming the product off-premise). A temporary license is granted immediately upon submission, no inspection is required, and within 90 days JFS Vending, LLC will receive the permanent license. JFS Vending, LLC also has an Off-Premise Storage (OPS) license that complies with all regulations regarding the storage of alcohol.
